Honey-Soy Glaze

2 tbsp honey
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp light sodium soy sauce
1 lb meat, poultry, fish

Mix the above ingredients together and add on top of your favorite meat, poultry, or fish dish.  Cook at 375 for 40 minutes.  Prepare with sweet potatoes or yams, and squash.  I also add the the glaze to my squash once it has been cooked.  Pairing the main course with a sweet potato and squash with the honey glaze is an excellent match to the meal.  This is especially perfect for these cool fall nights that we have been experiencing lately.

Hubby Rating: 10!  Not at all a surprise to anyone that knows my hubs!  He has got quite the sweet tooth, so this meal suits him just fine!  If you like having something a little less sweet, I suggest adding more soy to the mixture, as it will balance out the sweetness from the honey and brown sugar.  All-in-all, this is an excellent glaze and can be used for just about anything.  It is easy to make and tastes delicious!  Happy eating!
