Crock Pot Chicken

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
1 red potato, diced
1 golden potato, diced
1 russet potato, diced
1 c finely chopped celery
2 cloves minced garlic
1 c coarsely chopped carrots
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 c Italian dressing
1 c white wine

Prepare all of the above items, place them in the Crock Pot, and set Crock Pot on low for 6 hours.  Serve with rice pilaf and crescent rolls.

Hubby Rating:  10!  This is a great meal!  It is so easy to prepare, especially the evening before, and just let it cook all day.  This is especially wonderful to eat on a cold, rainy day!  Hope you enjoy!!
