1 package golden butter recipe cake
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant french vanilla pudding mix
1 c sour cream
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c warm water
2 c white chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in chips and pour batter into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake thoroughly in pan before inverting onto a plate, dust cake with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
Hubby Rating: 10, although it is not chocolate, like hubs loves so much, it is still delicious. I thought that this cake would be fabulous as it is a vanilla version of my Heaven's Sinfully Delicious Chocolate Cake. I actually came up with this recipe with a very special person in mind. The most inspirational and phenomenal person in the world that I ever knew was allergic to chocolate, so I came up with this recipe to honor her.
