*** I find that using the silicone cookie sheet liners (can be found at Williams Sonoma) make a huge difference in how the cookies turn out.  Not only do they keep their shape, but they bake more evenly.***

***Hubby Rating: 10!  These are his favorite cookies!  In fact, we make these more often than we make any other dessert recipe, including some of his childhood favorites.  These cookies are amazing, if you are looking to impress your (or someone else's tastebuds) these cookies will do the trick-I do strongly recommend getting the silicone baking liners first though; they truly make a difference!***

I got this recipe from a friend who does a phenomenal job of cooking and baking quite often.  If you like this recipe, you may want to check out her blog http://doubletheflavor.blogspot.com/ for more great recipes!
